Job Description: Data Capturer (NCR)
As a Data Capturer, you will support the Registrations Department by ensuring accurate data entry, document management, and administrative assistance. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and computer skills.
Minimum Requirements for Data Capturer Jobs
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A 1-year post-matric qualification in Office Administration, End-User Computing, or a related field plus 1 year experience,
OR - Matric (Grade 12) with at least 2 years relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities of a Data Capturer
- Accurate data capturing and data management
- Administrative support within the Registrations Department
- Printing of registration, renewal, and replacement certificates
- Scanning and filing documents
- Handling emails and phone enquiries
- Assisting walk-in clients with professionalism
- Updating registrant information on internal systems
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of the National Credit Act
- Knowledge of registration processes for:
- Credit providers
- Debt counsellors
- Credit bureaus
Skills Needed for Data Capturing Jobs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service and client relations skills
- Basic presentation skills
