The successful candidate will support the branch with daily administrative functions while learning about recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and office operations.

Internship Responsibilities
The successful intern will assist with a variety of administrative and HR-related duties, including:
- Updating internal databases with employee information and employment documentation.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of company events and career days.
- Performing general administrative duties within the department.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and employee records.
- Assisting the Human Resources Department with ongoing projects.
- Receiving employee queries and directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
- Working closely with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Supporting various office administration activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Understanding of South African labour legislation, including:
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
- Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Employment Equity Act (EEA)
- Skills Development Act (SDA)
- Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE)
